This policy explains what information Yumavi Labs LLC ("Yumavi Labs," "we," "us") collects through this website and how we use it. We aim for plain English over legalese.
Who we are
Yumavi Labs LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company with its registered address at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. We build and distribute consumer mobile applications for iOS and Android. This policy covers our website at yumavi.com. Each application we publish will have its own privacy policy linked from its App Store or Google Play listing.
Information we collect
Through this website, we collect a limited amount of information:
- Email address, when you submit it through our signup form to receive product updates.
- Standard server logs from our hosting provider, including IP address, browser type, referring page, and timestamps. These are used to operate the site and detect abuse.
- If you contact us by email, the contents of that message and your email address.
We do not currently use third-party advertising trackers or marketing pixels on this site. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand site usage in aggregate (see "Analytics" below).
Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4), a service provided by Google LLC, to measure how visitors use the site. GA4 collects information such as your IP address (which Google anonymizes in the EU and similar regions), browser type, device type, pages visited, time spent on the site, and how you arrived at the site. This data is processed by Google in aggregate and used by us only to understand site usage and improve content.

We use the information described above to:

Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers strictly necessary to operate the site, such as our email service provider for delivering newsletters and our hosting provider for serving the website. These parties are bound by their own privacy obligations.

We retain email addresses on the signup list until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Server logs are typically retained for up to 90 days. Email correspondence is retained as long as needed to address your inquiry.
